Terms & conditions of your stay

Payment

• 10% of total booking cost must be paid at the time of booking, this is nonrefundable.
• Remaining 90% of total amount must be paid 1 month prior to your stay.
• Damage deposit of €150 must be paid be paid 1 month prior to your stay.The deposit is refunded after checkout if no remarks.
• Cleaning fee of €80 must be paid on arrival in cash.

Special notes

• WiFi is free
• Electricity and water included in rent (Please respect our planet and please do not run air condition with open doors or windows)
• Late unannounced check-in will be charged €15 euros per hour late. If given adequate warning ahead we may waive the fee, at our discretion.
• You may only book our apartment if you are at least 20 years of age (Please present ID on check in)
• Events and parties are prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No smoking indoors (Ok outside like on balcony)
